Steve.T- Rick and Jenn are a combined part of the reason I am where I am now. I got my license back last week. Full class 5, no N. A northern recovery society is a great idea. Being up north you will save the province money on transporting people and really there are not much for places like VQ (VisionQuest) around there. These people, in their suits, are looking at recovery from a business perspective, instead an addicts perspective and they cant see the picture clearly. Tell Rick I said thanks for everything. Let him know I am doing well. I respect and support him, so do a lot of others who made it through and stayed the course.
Rob.P- Thanks to Rick I have a good life today. I am 4 years clean and sober. I would not have this if it wasn't for long term recovery where I could learn to love myself and others the way life intended all along. It wasn't fancy but for me it was real. I'm not gonna lie, I was scared. After i got there i realized this is the place I'm gonna heal. The reason for this is because I have been through a lot of other programs that follow the harm reduction approach. I relapsed right away as the program was to pampered to the individual. Rick's approach is real and raw. Tear it all down, and rebuild long term. Long term recovery is needed. Thanks to Rick, I have my kids back in my life.
